-
Yes - you can either purchase our floor plan as-is, choose to make changes to an existing floor plan, or design something completely custom. For a completely custom design, you must have critical dimensions and the openings - essentially the preliminary architecture - and our team will help guide you from there.
-
Each of our floor plans has a base price, depending on the market and price of materials at the time of inquiry. Your deposit of $750 grants you access to the architectural drawings. This deposit goes towards your final invoice. As you start working with our design team, there is a customization fee of $1 per square foot for any changes you’d like to make. For a completely custom kit, the design fee is a separate line item, starting at $1000.
-
Only the steel framing kit itself and assembly materials are included in your purchase. All fasteners, hold-downs, and straps needed for your specific kit will be shipped along with your frame.
