Who we are

Comfort Steel Structures emerged out of a clear need for a framing solution that would answer the challenges facing today’s construction market. With sky-rocketing building costs across the nation, supply-chain stressors, and the volatile pricing of wood, prefabricated steel framing enables our clients to bypass these concerns, take control, and maximize the potential of their project from day one.

After over 30 years in the construction and manufacturing industries, our founder harnessed the power of prefabricated steel-framing to revolutionize the multi-family sector. Taking the cost-saving benefit and added value of precision, durability, and versatility for customization of steel, he applied it to small structures - and Comfort Steel Structures was born.

  • Prefabricated steel framing reduces the need for skilled labor, and is user-friendly for the DIY builder. Our steel kits can be assembled in 1-5 days with 4-8 laborers, depending on experience. Our prefabricated kit panels are lightweight and do not require specialty tools to be assembled. 

  • Steel is stronger. In the face of violent weather conditions such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and strong winds, steel is the most durable option. 

  • Steel costs less to insure. It is not subject to concerns for termites, mold, or fire. 

  • Steel is sustainable. Our steel kits are fabricated with less than 1% waste. Of the minimal waste that is generated in our warehouse, 100% is recycled.
